flatwound.dev apps are built to keep your information on your own devices and in your own iCloud account. We don't collect, sell or share your personal data.
What we collect
Nothing. flatwound.dev apps don't include analytics, advertising or tracking code, and they don't require an account with us.
Where your data lives
Everything you enter in an app is stored on your device. If iCloud is turned on, the app also stores a copy in your private iCloud account so it can sync across your iPhone, iPad and Mac. That data is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. flatwound.dev cannot access it.
BillTrack
Bill names, amounts, due dates and payment history stay on your devices and in your iCloud account.
- iCloud Sync is part of BillTrack Pro and can be turned off in the app's Settings. When it's off, data stays on that device only.
- Calendar: if you turn on "Add Bills to Calendar", BillTrack asks for calendar access and adds due dates to a BillTrack calendar on your device. It doesn't read your other events.
- Notifications: bill reminders are scheduled on your device. They use generic text, so bill details don't appear on the lock screen.
- Siri and Shortcuts actions run on your device and require it to be unlocked.
- Purchases (BillTrack Pro) are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details; the app only learns from Apple whether Pro is active.
MyDay and ShutterScan
These apps are in development. This policy will be updated with any app-specific details before they are released.
Third parties
We don't share data with third parties. The apps don't use third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising or crash reporting.
Deleting your data
You control your data. Delete it inside the app, delete the app, or remove its iCloud data in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage.
Emailing support
If you email support@flatwound.dev, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply to you and don't add you to any mailing list.
This website
flatwound.dev uses no cookies, analytics or trackers, and its fonts are served from this site rather than a third party. Like most websites, the hosting server may keep standard request logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.
Children
The apps are not directed at children under 13 and don't knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
